When COVID devastated the world in 2020 and so much was uncertain, a lot of people began working from home. Their children and spouses were also home in many cases. People truly needed a household management solution for managing their house-work, laundry, dinner, kids, lunch and naptime, grocery shopping, and more.... all while they ran their 9-5 from a makeshift office in the formal dining room. In a lot of households their spouses were working in the medical field and other essential jobs where they were hardly ever home, and simply exhausted whenever they did have time off.

 

On Mother's Day, 2021, in honor of every exhausted family out there,  I launched The Shining Touch, LLC - Luxury Appalachian Hospitality & Service for Private Households & Estates....a service designed exclusively for private households, and the folks who live here in the Asheville area full or part-time. I offered families a collective home and life management service from housekeeping and laundry, shopping and pantry management, concierge and private event planning, all while following COVID regulations and taking the safety measures that made our clients feel most comfortable.

In the spring of 2023, we still honor and offer all of those services, and more! We have expanded our services to include home and property care, and have rebranded to The Shining Touch, LLC. - Luxury Household Management & Lifestyle Concierge.

We're now a one-stop shop for anything your home, family or property might be in need of. Giving customized support to the individuals and families who live, work and play in the Asheville area is exactly the overall mission of  The Shining Touch. 

 

I know there are no two homes or families alike, so I have streamlined my process and methods to work the same no matter who we are serving. This allows me to provide predictably excellent service for each client across the board, while always catching those little details that make your family feel special.
